Abdulrahman has a long service years with Saudi Aramco being a student, technical professional, and on the management track. He is the Director of the Human Resources Systems Support Department overseeing the strategic design and scoping of human capital management automation and digitalization for various business end-to-end solutions that provides for proponent

organizations' operational effectiveness and better customer' engagement and productivity. He maintains multi-disciplinary solutions platforms that optimizes the hire-to-retire value chain processes which includes talent acquisition, talent development, organization efectiveness, and talent retention. Platforms spans complex multi-disciplinary software support such as SAP, Web, and cloud solutions.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Information & Systems from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of Saudi Aramco's Engineering Specialist Development Program (Data). He has long serving years at the information technology operations & applications, as well as human resources technical and business support fields. He was elected for a number of out-of-kingdom short & long term assignments at the US and Europe for technical and executive developments. He also served as a board member at the Aramco Overseas Company UK Board and presented technical papers at various forums and conferences.

Abdulrahman is the Human Resources Digital Transformation Program Champion bearing the responsibility for the scoping and execution of the program's technological roadmap aspiration and as an advisor to management on the Industrial Revolution 4.0 HR impact.
