Yasmine Al Saif, Dhahran Ahliyya Schools’ Grade 11 student, received the Second Place in the Biomedical and Health Field in the 2015 Arab Intel Science and Engineering Competition. This competition took place in Alexandria, Egypt from December 17-19, 2015.
Yasmine’s achievement came as one of Saudi Arabia’s achievements in this competition. The Ministry of Education in partnership with MAWHIBA represented the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi team consisted of 8 students. In this competition 77 research projects from 11 Arab countries were presented. The Saudi team won the First Five Places and One Special Award.
