Meshaal Al-Khaldi is a distinguished professional with an extensive educational background and a wealth of experience in the energy and engineering sectors. He holds a robust academic portfolio that includes an Executive Program in Strategy & Organization from Stanford University, which he completed in August 2022.
Prior to that, he attended Harvard Business School for an Executive Management Program in March 2020. His foundational education includes a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, earned in November 2015, and two degrees from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals: a Master of Construction Engineering & Management obtained in June 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering completed in December 1998.
Professionally, Meshaal has built a remarkable career at Saudi Aramco, where he has held various leadership roles since joining the organization. As the Department Head of Utilities & Facilities Services since August 2022, he oversees critical operations that support the company’s infrastructure needs. Prior to this role, he served as Director of the Medical Management Services Department in February 2021 and was the Department Head of Central Community Services from August 2018 onward, a position in which he was recognized with the Gold Trophy for the President’s Award for Maintenance & Reliability and earned the Mowaamah Certification.
His career at Saudi Aramco has seen him progress through multiple key positions, including Division Head for Saudi Aramco Built Government Schools and various administrative roles in medical supply and operations management. His early experience as a Maintenance Engineer further solidified his technical expertise.
In addition to his professional achievements, Meshaal is actively involved in governance and strategic initiatives as a board member on several committees, including the King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and the Out-of-Policy Committee at Saudi Aramco, among others.
