The Advisory Board of Dhahran Ahliyya Schools is a group of dedicated volunteer members of the Eastern Province community. The Advisory Board works at a strategic level to provide advice, support, and stability for the continuous operation and development of the school. Their combined talents are focused on developing and monitoring the long and short range strategic plans of the school. It works closely with the founders of the school Mr. Khalid Alturki and Dr. Sally Alturki to ensure that "Each year we will be better than we were the year before."


Mr. Khalid Ali Alturki is the Founder and Chairman of Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons (Alturki) which is a leading family owned investment and development company that was established in Saudi Arabia in 1975. Its subsidiaries and joint venture companies are involved in contracting, trading, manufacturing, and consulting focused 


Dr. Sally Alturki has spent more than 50 years working on various projects for the development of education– 46 of those years in Saudi Arabia. She and her husband, Khalid Alturki, established in 1977 and continue to lead Dhahran Ahliyya Schools (DAS), a not-for-profit, preK-12 dual- language school with separate sections for girls and boys, now an IB World School.


Abdulla M. AI Zamil is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial). He was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zamil Industrial in October 2009. He acted as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Zamil Industrial since January 2004.


Abdullah A. Ghabbani is the Director of the Local Workforce Development Department in Saudi Aramco. His responsibilities include the development of specialized vocational training academies to support the Saudi Arabia major energy sector companies needs of qualified Saudi nationals. 


Abdulrahman has a long service years with Saudi Aramco being a student, technical professional, and on the management track. He is the Director of the Human Resources Systems Support Department overseeing the strategic design and scoping of human capital management automation and digitalization for various business end-to-end solutions that provides for proponent


 Bader AlAbdulKarim graduated from DAS back in 1997 then he joined KFUPM and pursued his Bachelor Degree of Industrial Management in 2002. He continued his education further and pursued his Executive Master of Business Administration from Hult school in 2016. Mr. Bader is the Investment Director & Board Member of Al-AbdulKarim Holding (AKH Holding).


Fahad K. Al-Dhubaib is the General Manager of Public Affairs at Aramco. He oversees a diverse portfolio of global corporate communications and citizenship programs including King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, also known as iThra. Fahad’s primary professional and personal focus was to support the economic management and transformation of Saudi Arabia.


Dr. Nabeel Mohamed Al-Amudi is the President of the Saudi Port Authority having been appointed by Royal Order on January 31, 2015 to the rank of 'Excellency'. As President of Saudi Port Authority, Dr. Nabeel overseas the management and regulation of nine ports across the Kingdom. He also currently serves as the Chairman of the Board


Nader Douhan Al Douhan is the Manager of Home Ownership Community Development Department in Saudi Aramco. His responsibility includes overseeing the development of Saudi Aramco’s mega home ownership programs from inception to completion.


Rami Khalid Alturki is the President of Khalid Ali Alturki & sons (Alturki) which is a leading family owned investment and development company that has been operating in Saudi Arabia since 1975. Its subsidiaries and joint venture companies are focused specifically on the construction & infrastructure, building


Salah Alzamil graduated from Petroleum and Minerals University, 1984 . Over the past 33 years, he has been involved in many important tasks: General Director of Human Resources Development in Saudi Electric Company, General Manager of Gulf Packaging Industries,  Executive Vice President for Human Capital, STC,


Sara is the operations manager of AlMuhaidib Social Foundation since she led into establishing it in 2014. The main goal of the Foundation was to institutionalize the various social, charity, & philanthropic initiatives of the group. The Foundation’s focus today has expanded into child development initiatives with special focus for children with disabilities.


 Sultan R. Al-Shaifan is the Manager of Utilities and Facilities Services Department. He has been with the company for 29 years and his responsibility includes overseeing the Department activities and efforts toward functional support of Community Services utilities operations and facilities maintenance,


Sumaya Alyusuf was born in Saudi Arabia and lived in the United States before moving to the UK. She is an expert in transformational leadership, school change management, and curriculum design, development and implementation. She holds a BS in Health Education from the University of Arizona, a teaching certification from California State University,
