Hassan Mohammed Bakar Kamal currently serves as the Director of Staffing Services at Saudi Aramco, where he is responsible for attracting top local and global talent to support Aramco’s strategic objectives.

As part of his current responsibilities, He oversees seven talent acquisition offices located in Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, India, and Singapore. With over 17 years of experience, Hassan has held several key leadership roles, including the managing director of Aramco Overseas Company in London, and the Head of Saudi Aramco’s Homeownership program. Beyond his work at Aramco, Hassan is a co-founding partner of a proptech-fintech company.

In addition, Hassan has served as the Director of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), a pioneering project that promotes culture and creativity in Saudi Arabia. He also sat on the Board of Directors for the King Fahad Academy in London.

He is passionate about talent development, innovation, and technology, dedicating his efforts to shaping the careers of young Saudi professionals and driving innovation within and beyond the Kingdom. In his commitment to fostering future talent, Hassan served as a Cornell University admission ambassador in Saudi Arabia, meeting with prospective students and increasing awareness of academic opportunities in Ivy league schools. 

Hassan holds a bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cornell University. He has completed executive programs at Stanford University, Harvard University, and London Business School.
