Deputy President
Dr. Kamel Al Dallal is the Deputy President of Dhahran Ahliyya Schools. He joined DAS on August 2012. His long career in the field of education started in 1978 and included the teaching of high school math and science, particularly physics for 21 years. After receiving his Master’s degree in August 1991 and his Ph.D. degree in August 1997 from the US,
he served as a college professor at several universities in Lebanon. Over the course of more than 10 years, he taught many science education courses at AUB, LAU, LU, BAU, and OAU in Lebanon.
On September 1999 Dr. Al Dallal accepted the responsibilities as the Director of Educational Affairs for all the MaKassed Philanthropic Islamic Association Schools in Lebanon. While there, he led the continuous development of the educational programs for all the MaKassed Schools and the training and coaching of teachers, supervisors, and principals for 13 years. Further to this role he went on to help found and lead the Makassed University programs.
In addition to his vast knowledge and skills in the field of education, Dr. Al Dallal is known as a person of high integrity, excellent inter-personal skills, and effectiveness as a leader. He is a lifelong learner who continues to use every opportunity to enhance and share his knowledge with others.
