    No, we only accept them at the main admission which is in beginning of the year.
  • What is the language of the test/interview? +
    • KG: parents can choose the preferred language for their child. • First Grade: the test is mainly Arabic, with a small part of English. • Second and above: English and Math are tested in English (MAP test), while Arabic is tested either online or on paper.
  • If the child has been tested before and was not accepted, do we pay the fees again next year? +
    Registration fees are paid only once S.R. 230 Interview and test fees are paid every time the test or interview is repeated.
  • Can Aramco children be transferred to non-Aramco students if their parents wish? +
    Such transfers are only allowed in rare circumstances, requiring a quorum for Aramco and a decision by the Directors Committee.

    It is applicable only to KG 2 applicants.
  • If a child cannot attend due to illness, will the appointment be rescheduled? +
    It’s advisable to contact the admission and registration officer as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of rescheduling, but please note that appointments are typically full and consecutive.
  • What are the working hours for kindergarten? +
    The working hours are from 7 AM to 1 PM, with early dismissal at 12:10 PM on Tuesdays.
  • If a mother volunteers at the schools, does this give her children priority for acceptance? +
    Acceptance is based on the priorities outlined on the website. However, if the mother has volunteered for over two years, her children may receive additional admission priority when compared to others in the same category.
  • Can admission tests and interviews be conducted remotely (online)? +
    No, unfortunately, tests and interviews must be conducted in person.
  • Is the registration and test fee deducted from the tuition after admission? +
    No, the registration and exam fees are separate from school tuition and are non-refundable if the child is not accepted.
  • If the mother cannot attend with the child, can the father be present instead? +
    No, unfortunately, another woman must accompany the child on behalf of the mother, as interviews are held only in the girls’ school building.
