The Advisory Board of Dhahran Ahliyya Schools is a group of dedicated volunteer members of the Eastern Province community. The Advisory Board works at a strategic level to provide advice, support, and stability for the continuous operation and development of the school. Their combined talents are focused on developing and monitoring the long and short range strategic plans of the school. It works closely with the founders of the school Mr. Khalid Alturki and Dr. Sally Alturki to ensure that "Each year we will be better than we were the year before."

She and her husband, Khalid Alturki, established in 1977 and continue to lead Dhahran Ahliyya Schools (DAS), a not-for-profit, preK-12 dual- language school with separate sections for girls and boys, now an IB World School.

Mohammed A. Al-Shehri is currently the Director of Academic Programs & Partnerships Department in Saudi Aramco. His responsibilities include overseeing Saudi Aramco’s diverse portfolio of professional development programs under the company’s Corporate Academy.
